Pro uses secure in-ear ear hooks. Open uses air-conduction speakers that leave your ears uncovered.

Open prioritises awareness of your surroundings. Pro offers a more isolated in-ear fit.

What is the order cutoff time and where are orders shipped from?
Orders ship from Dallas, Texas. Orders placed before 11 AM CT, Monday–Friday, usually dispatch the same business day.

Yes. Tracking details are emailed after dispatch.

It covers eligible manufacturing faults. Accidental damage, loss and incorrect care are excluded.

Do RunBuds work with iPhone and Android?
Yes. They work with most compatible Bluetooth devices.
Do I need an app?
No. Connect through your device's Bluetooth settings.
Can I wear RunBuds with glasses?
Yes, with most glasses. Very thick frames may affect comfort.
Are RunBuds waterproof?
No. They are designed for sports and sweat resistance but must not be submerged. RunBuds Open is IPX5-rated.
How should I care for my RunBuds?
Wipe clean and dry after workouts. Keep charging contacts dry.
