Refund policy

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from delivery to request a return.

Your item does not need to be brand new or unopened to qualify for a return. Please just make sure all accessories are included, including any spare ear tips and the USB-C charging cable, and that the earbuds have been wiped clean before being returned.

To start a return, contact us at support@therunbuds.com with your order number or proof of purchase, and our team will guide you through the process.

We do not currently provide free return labels unless you received a defective or incorrect item.

1-Year Warranty

All new RunBuds earphones include a 1-year warranty. If your earphones develop a fault due to normal use within the warranty period, you may be eligible for a brand-new replacement.

The warranty does not cover lost items, intentional damage, accidental damage, or damage caused by misuse or improper care, including exposure to water or heat beyond the product’s stated IPX rating.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your request is received before dispatch, we may be able to cancel it. If your order has already shipped, you can still return it once it arrives in line with our 30-day return policy.

Refunds

Once your return is received, our team will inspect it and process your refund if it meets the return conditions above.

Refunds are usually processed within 2–3 business days after approval. Your bank or payment provider may take a few additional business days to post the refund to your account.
